Dangerous

Ibuprofen is highly toxic to pets. Even one pill can cause serious kidney damage or stomach ulcers.

Acetaminophen (Tylenol)

Dangerous

Extremely toxic to cats (one tablet can be fatal). Causes liver damage and red blood cell damage.

Aspirin

Dangerous

Stomach ulcers and kidney damage. Cats especially sensitive.

Antidepressants (SSRIs)

Dangerous

Can cause serotonin syndrome. Even one pill is serious.

Vitamin D Supplements

Dangerous

Overdose causes dangerous calcium levels. Kidney failure.

Iron Supplements

Dangerous

Iron toxicity causing liver damage and metabolic acidosis.
